New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.

You are the final judge of our products. We simply ask that you wear your shoes inside for a brief time . If you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED, simply return your purchase to us within 30 days of its shipping date to you for exchange or refund.

Customer pays for return shipping, via any method, to our store. Please complete the return form and return merchandise to (no COD's); New Balance Miami - 19501 Biscayne Blvd. @ Aventura Mall - Miami, Fl 33180 .

Defective Merchandise
All items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not guarantee wear unless specifically included for an item as part of a manufacturer's promotion.
What does "my wish list" means?

Logged in users simply click on 'wish list' button on any product to include it in the customer's wish list. NewBalance Miami keeps wish list items for twelve months after customer's last visit. Customer may add and delete as many items on his/her wish list as desired.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our regular shipping method is Ground UPS.
We offer FREE Ground shipping for orders over $50.00, otherwise is($8.00).

As an alternative, you can select:
2 Days UPS($15.00)
Next Day Delivery($30.00)(+$10.00 for Saturday Delivery)
Alaska and Hawaii via U.S. Priority Mail($10.00)
Military Bases via U.S. Priority Mail($10.00)
P.O. Boxes via U.S. Priority Mail $10.00.


Ground Delivery: If the shoes on your order are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 business day. If the shoes are available from the factory, you can expect them within two weeks.


Air Delivery: If the shoes on your order are in stock, they will be shipped the same business day the order is received.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-3:00PM.
